Whoa weird is an understatement. Those classic Mercedes roadsters at the beginning look far too expensive to sit under a tarp in an artists' commune.

Liking the emergency escape slides...though I think a broken leg is the only outcome that is better than burning alive...

The one at right appears to be a “Gazelle”, I think a lot of them had Pinto or VW engines. The one at left is some kind of replica MG.

I like the early run blue plates on the RX7, probably there since new. W126 (alm ost certainly a 300SD) is a very period correct color, probably 1981-83.

Wonder how many transmissions that TL-S has eaten.

Oh this is Marin, that thing is right at home here, they were all over the place here back then. It has the reddish brown leather interior.

Sounds like that era. Doesn’t look to be in too bad of condition, just a little patina. A car that virtually endless service life as long as it receives maintenance.

That really looks like my uncle Steve’s old rx7, gsl. I mean that could have been his car. Cool! I sent him the photo and let’s see if he remembers.

Aside from the driver’s seat it was super clean, the pl astic bits were shiney, no scratches.
